Hi

Any comments for Mindchamps prof snyder thinking cap learning system?

We are still discussing whether should we enrol our child through this programme. It is very costly, hence we are thinking hard.

If any of your child has gone through this programme and would appreciate any honest feedback on the programme - is it effective?

Thank you very much.

Hihi....my fren's son is in the program. Heard quite good. I see her son enjoying the program and they have taught him to have a good mindset.
As for his results, i do hear from my fren that she sees improvement. She started this year.
So maybe you can try?

My cousin's kid is also taking the Thinking Cap programme. She told me that her daughter is more confident in her studies and the techniques they are taught are effective. She started in P4 this year, heard that they have all the way to P6 and secondary.

Although effective, is it possible financially to continue all the way up to Secondary level? Don't think many parents can afford to do that.

My friend enrolled his DS for 1 module n gave up becos it's too expensive to sustain.

I chanced upon Mindchamps, and got to learn about the Thinking Cap programme. There are 3 main parts:-

1) 20 weeks programme, one session per week, per session 3hrs, total 60hrs => Ard $3K
2) Youth Challenge workshop, 3 days of total 24hrs => $1.2K
3) Confident Communicator workshop, 2.5 days, total 16hrs => $800

Mindchamps presents above as a package which costs ard $5K. Above cost breakdown is per the hours that I derived.

As my daughter is transiting to Sec 1 next year, and that's was the key reason I attended their complimentary talk and was introduced to Thinking Cap programme. While I thought it's a holistic programme to help my daughter to drive a champion mindset, learning mindset, and a creative mindset to take on academic challenge moving forward, I am not sure if it works the way they sell it.

I hope to gather some advice and feedbacks. Pls help with u have any lights to shed, be it positive or negative as that will help me to have better feel to commit. It's not only financially $5K, it's also a time and effort commitment.

Pls help! TIA.

Hi jakoh, did you enrol your daughter in the end?

I am also unsure if it will really work wonders in the way they claim. Honestly it sounds so impressive & it may be just the breakthrough that my child needs, but it costs a bomb.

Does any KSP here have a true, from-the-heart review (good or bad) that I can trust?

Possible to give some more concrete reasons as to why you felt it was a waste of time and money? I recently got to know about this programme and is very keen to find out more reviews abt it! Thanks a lot!
