Does your child has to be toliet trained to attend PN class?

I don't seem to find any mention on the kindergartens' websites...

no need, you can start to toilet train yr child over the weekend.
For a start, you can inform the childcare teacher that you are toilet training the child.
They will start off with not letting him/her wear diaper and monitor the child.
However, if the child wet himself in the centre too often, the centre will made him wear diaper but bring him to the toilet more often to toilet train him.

I think certain schools have their requirements. My DD school doesnt allow diapers when she is 2.5 yrs old. But they close 1 eyes for first 3 days.

Yup, that's what I know of too. It is something that should be clarified and confirmed before enrollment to avoid putting the child on undue stress. Potty training, in my view, should be when the child understands and is ready, emotionally and physically.

Having seen how my sil put her son thru potty training when he was not even ready was a real heartache. In the end, the everyone was stressed and upset - the grandparents, the maid, the parents and of cos the child.

It depends on the school but please do not try to toilet train if your child is not ready. It won't work - or maybe it will but it will be a painful process. They are ready when they are ready and if the school doesn't understand this, go somewhere else
