Jurlique products for their organic ingredients.

Lavender (or rose) body lotion - no sticky feeling and good for sensitive/eczema prone skiin.
Hand cream

Not sure if this is new or if it is available in other Aussie states. I tasted Medovnik cake (a popular traditional receipe from Prague) in Fremantle Market (Perth) when I visited last Dec. The Aussies call it Honey Cake. It's yummy. Buy a slice (very small serving) to try if u happen to visit Fremantle Market.

I bought a lot of merino wool and cashmere jumpers and socks. So cheap...

Chocolates, macademia nuts, kangaroo/croco jerky, frozen abalones, wines, nougats are some common stuffs tourists buy...
