Im glad to have found this forum. I've tried sitting all day, like most of the time because I crochet. I sometimes slouch for a long time without noticing it.

Thanks for the info. :salute:

Apart from most of the 10 ways mentioned, DIET is so important too. Now we are more careful in our daily food, eating habit and fav snacks.

Make sure to get the proper intake of calcium too, helps your bones especially we are growing older.

I had an experience with lower back pain but it was just mild, I gave it a soft massage and then rest thankfully it worked for me
