I heard too much vitamin c is actually useless. It just get expelled by the incumbent. Kids that take too much vitamin c keep going to toilet!
That is not true. For the past few years my family doesn't need to take antibiotics etc because we go for high dosage liposomal Vit C each time we need to fight any infections. Even for viral fever more than 40 deg C for my daughter, we just depended on Vit C. Tried and tested many times, and it always work! Check out lecture on Vit C in youtube by Dr. Suzanne Humphries....

Bowel tolerance (BT) indeed will make one go to toilet but when one is sick, you need massive amount of Vit C to achieve that. In fact Dr. Andrew Saul recommends to take up to BT when one is sick.

PS: there are a few types of Vit C... AA, SA, CA... also in many forms, tablet, powder, liposomal type.....

That's good to know. What's your regular dosage? I was told it shouldn't be more than 1 tablet per day.

if you don’t watch those videos by Dr Suzanne or Dr Andrew, you might not dare to take what we are taking when fighting an infection.

Daily we just consume more fruits n veggies.

During fever/infection.... depending on the temp, we might go for 1000mg Liposomal Vit C every hour. Liposomal type has max bioavailability and it doesn’t cause soft stool (BT).

If you have normal tablets, 1000mg.... every 15mins until BT is recommended.

Watch this informative video on vaccines

Even for Measles, vaccination may not be beneficial as what we had been told. It was explained towards the end of the video.

The best is to prevent flu and cough by giving them supplements from young because supplements is food to the body.

Also besides taking supplements, remember to provide good housekeeping on your homes or especially your child's room. My poor nephew kept falling sick and flares up his eczema because he came into contact with mold in my parent's house. Always remember to clean the environment and wash your child's hands!

Dd has been coughing non-stop for months and just can’t seem to recover fully despite continuously taking medicine. Recently it became worsened by another round of flu and it also triggered her asthma. We got so sick of bringing her to the clinic again that we decided to just bring her for tcm. Surprisingly after 2 weeks, she really recovered. For mummies facing the same issues, may wanna give tcm a try.

I had flu & cough for a lengthy period just a few weeks back. Eventually, doc gave me nasal pump to reduce nasal infection & pseudorine that helps dry up the phlegm. Once the nasal cleared, my cough immediately improved. So, I realised nasal infection can prevent flu recovery.

Even if it is a simple cough, you should seek your Pedia's advice immediately to avoid more complicated health concerns. As the old saying goes, prevention is better than cure.
