Why not start a campaign in promoting simple traditional games that get children to play chatek.
Hide and Seek.
Police and thieves and the like.
If more schools do that, less children will be glued to their computers and handphones.
Less children will need the glass.

Hi, has any parents heard of using physiotherapy to improve the kids vision? It is very effective for kids under 12 years old with myopia (shortsighted) issues without using any medicines or surgeries. Please whatsapp me at +65 9220 0456 for more information. Thank you.

The problem is: would you play those traditional games knowing that there are more sophisticated games cheaply available? I wouldn't. We have to somehow make the more sophisticated games more tuned to the physical world. Think Pokemon Go. During its heyday I'm sure it has extracted buckets of sweat from its fans. Just that it was difficult for the world to keep its attention on any game

Engaging your children to activities like playing something that does not include gadgets can lessen their screen time does help their eye sight to be in a good shape as well.

Any reviews on SLM Visioncare? They guarantee that they can lower or heal myopia especially for children below 12 years old. Based on the testimonies, one boy's eye power lowered from -6 to -1.50 in a span of 5 months! They have 3 centres here in Singapore and over 600 centres in Asia. They have no medicine, injections or surgery, a mix of western and eastern medicine. But I cannot find any reviews when I google except on their Fb page.

I think SLM Visioncare is not yet recognized here because most of the recommendations that pop in are more on medical or surgical remedies. I saw another advertisement about an eye drop that helps to regain good eyesight. I think the name is CMD, has anyone here have tried to use that brand? They've been into business for two decades and there are lots of reviews from several sites that is why I am tempted to check this one.

Hi. Just wondering if anyone heard of U and Eye optical? They claimed to be able to reduce myopia and even help adhd kids focus with their special lenses.
Sounds too good to be true.
