Hi, Insider,

hope you have recover well now.
but in regards to hormone therapy, please take much precautions as breast cancer has sometimes been associated with the prolonged use (5 years or more) of oestrogen replacement therapy after menopause.

the youngest menopause case I know is 31 who was my old neighbour.

I get vertigo sometimes.

Drink lots and lots and lots of water.

Drink beyond thirst. I found that it helps.

I used to have frequent attacks of vertigo 10 years ago. Couldn't figure out the reason cos I did not have ear problems. I remember one attack was particularly bad (had to sit to sleep the whole night). I associated it with the big jar of watermelon juice I had taken during the day. My brother complained of vertigo at one stage and I asked him whether he took a lot of melons the week before and he said he did! Old wive tales or not, I kept away from high dose of "melons" after that. Went from doctor to doctor and one prescribed "Tanakan", pills from gingko biloba leaves. I was on it for a couple of years and the attack slowly went away...not sure whether it was due to abstainance from melons or oral intake of Tanakan though!
