Tui Na Shifu

I always have neck & should ache. It will comes & go. Maybe my blood circulation is poor? Or this is the problem of desk bound job & always on a computer. Anyone know of good tuina or body massage?

me too having the same problem. But I think its the problem of desk bound job...

for me, swimming is quite relaxing... though I don't have enough time for it.

You can consider trying the Teviron negative ion clothing. It helps with blood circulation.

My friend who has aching shoulders daily tried it and said it has help loosen the muscle and she feels much better. This happen only after one day of using the product.

Chen Kang Wellness at West Coast Plaza, Eastpoint and Tampines Mart has some shifu who are quite good with neck n shoulder massages.

Somehow its not easy to find a good tuina shifu nowadays...all end up always ask u take package and make u come more often..sigh..

Lost bunny - the one u recommend does neck and back massage only? or other parts of body like wrist and ankle also?

I like to go Ma Kuang for tui na. My usual 'yi shi' is Lee Chye Heng - a local. He doesn't have to use strength but man......he always hits the acupoints. Be aware that he's very spot on and his patients are always yowling away....but somehow we go back for more. :wink: I think the other 'yi shi's there are always ok.

Massages I recall is less than 40. Lee yi shi wanders around - could be at Middle Road, Hougang or Geylang Bahru branch.
