Sleeping well directly affects your mental and physical health. Unhealthy daytime habits and lifestyle choices can adversely affect your sleep. Try to go to sleep and get up at the same time every day. This helps set your body’s. Regular exercise also improves the symptoms of insomnia. Limit caffeine and nicotine. Avoid big meals and alcohol before bed. And if that doesn't help, then you can order sedatives at Canadian Pharmacy Online. Which are natural and not addictive. After all, a strong and healthy sleep is a good mood and a positive day.

I agree with Honey. When I had trouble sleeping several months back, what I did was that I would walk or run for 30mins to 1 hour at nights. It helps to really tire yourself :D Plus when sleeping I don't place my phone near me to avoid the temptation of chatting or going to social media or watching videos.

I used to think bad sleep causes me to feel stressed. Now I realised it's stress that causes bad sleep. I changed pillow a few times but no matter which pillow I would only get neckaches and headaches when stressed.... :S

I try to go to bed at 9 o'clock in the evening. Before that I take a hot bath, I can read a good book or watch an interesting movie. And, for me there must be silence in the bedroom. And to help the body relax, I try to take herbal teas or sedatives. A large selection at affordable prices is available at the Canada Drugs.

I try to not take my phone or any electronic gadget to bed with me, since having them within reach will definitely keep me up by checking my social media, watching videos and chatting.

Get regular exercise, but not within 2-3 hours of bedtime, this helps me a lot in so many ways

Hi, I do listen to apps like Headspace and it helps me to fall asleep quicker. There's other free ones as well and I hop around based on free trials..
