I agree with Honey. When I had trouble sleeping several months back, what I did was that I would walk or run for 30mins to 1 hour at nights. It helps to really tire yourself :D Plus when sleeping I don't place my phone near me to avoid the temptation of chatting or going to social media or watching videos.

Exercise can help you have a good sleep also accompany by good nutrition

I used to think bad sleep causes me to feel stressed. Now I realised it's stress that causes bad sleep. I changed pillow a few times but no matter which pillow I would only get neckaches and headaches when stressed.... :S

I try to not take my phone or any electronic gadget to bed with me, since having them within reach will definitely keep me up by checking my social media, watching videos and chatting.

Hi, I do listen to apps like Headspace and it helps me to fall asleep quicker. There's other free ones as well and I hop around based on free trials..
