Health/Fitness Center

Hi,
Anyone here joined Amore Fitness Center or other Health/Fitness center? Any comments about them? Any recommendations for centers in the west?
I was thinking of joining to start getting fit and to tone up. I don't like to do exercise alone, cos after a few sessions, i will start to slack. Group exercise will give me some push factor plus, pay money already, must go!
