Should be ok I guess. Cholesterol doesn't apply to kids right ?
My skinny son loves eggs - fried, 3/4 as well as hard-boiled, steamed.

You also gotta monitor if he has eggs at school, childcare or kindy. If they have already served eggs at school, then you shouldn't give him an egg everyday.

5 eggs per week is good enough. My son had a headache and we suspected he had too many eggs (he wanted one at dinner everyday and his CCC usually served eggs as well). The headache stopped when we removed the eggs at dinner time.

Hi, my DS2 is 4 yr old and loves eggs. He will ask for eggs in every meal. But I will control because a GP has advised not to give more than 4 eggs a week.

My dd has (1) soft boiled egg (with milk) for breakfast about 4-5 times/ week.
I believe eggs esp. soft boiled are good for children in their growing years.
Though dd is still skinny, she is much stronger than before.
