Read in various posts in the forum that some of the parents are already wearing fitflops.

Can share what health benefits did you get from wearing it? Like....
Did you lose weight?
Are your muscles firmer?
You no longer have aches and pain?

Please share!

:thankyou:

I love my FitFlops. Own 2 pairs. To answer your queries:

Did you lose weight?
sadly NO   (anyway, have been feasting on CNY goodies and breads how to lose weight!! )

Are your muscles firmer?
Not that i noticed

There were some initial aches in the calf muscles in the beginning but after a while it was ok.

I think the muscle toning part is marketing hype lah. Still need to do real exercise to see results. Initially, when I bought my 1st pair, it was "supposedly" to tone the leg muscles. But eventually, it's all about comfort and the FF is vey comfortable to run around in.

I wear my FFs quite often. Love it!!

My sister owned three pairs of fitflops. She has back problem and she mentioned that they helped her tremendously.

I owned two pairs myself. I have yet seen any diff - like the rest mentioned - feasting on CNY goodies is working on the opposite:)!

I didn't know wearing FitFlops can provide so many health benefits. I've always wondered why they are priced so expensive though I don't deny that they are so pretty looking with the sequins. I love the silver ones. Hmmm, maybe I should consider getting one too.

Oops, first it was Z machine, then knives, thermal pots etc flying off the shelves... now maybe FitFlops!

i own a pair. can only share that the day that i put on my new slippers, i find my legs less tired. its as if they helped me to alleviate the strain on specific leg muscles such that they dun ache as much anymore as i walk and shop 8) whether i lose weight, hmm...people do comment that i seem to be able to maintain my small frame (without effort on my part) and in fact looked thinner. can't say for sure its due to the fitflops since i only wear them on weekends

overall, i wld recommend the slippers to other people since they r so comfy and i do notice more and more ladies wearing them nowadays :D

Hehee.. actually, not really. He adores KSP forum (though he doesn't log in to see)... because of this forum, he has home-made bread (using Z) and kong bak (using thermal pot) to eat... and very soon, bak kwa, which I intend to try making within the next few weeks.

Isn't the back problem more a heels versus flats issue?

I think fitflops are pretty comfortable. I agree it doesn't seem to help tone muscles or lift my butt (beyond hope!) but it is comfy. Initially I felt some "strain" on my calf muscles, but now they work just like normal slippers. I actually prefer my birks more though. I started wearing birks when I was pregnant, and kept replacing them when they wear out after a couple of years.
