Used to sell in my shop. From my customers' feedback, some say it is good, while others don't continue. I think really depends on individual.

I used to have it but they were out of stock for a while then.. and i bot Avalon..

I got from Guardian.. they were having promotion.. 2 bottles for 125.. I had gone to buy my monthly suply for EPO and the lady suggested this if I wanna try since I asked I had some problems of constipation.
My friend have tried Avalon and she said its good also;
I also saw the promotion of 2 bottles for S$125, it was held in April 2011 in Guardian for 14 days only. However, if anyone need more stocks on B&H capsules(Pai Du mei Yan Bao)

I have tried this sometime ago.. good for bowel cos i'm the type that doesnt go regularly.. however the product was 'stop' for a period and there was no stock everywhere.. hence i switched to Avalon, not bad too (as in to clear bowels)..
