Homemade Yoghurt

Hi Everyone, did you start your nutritional meal plans with homemade yoghurt - the healthy fast food for your kids or family members?
There are a lot benefits that we are able to get from the Yoghurt like potassium, calcium, protein, vitamins B.... and it help to improves gastrointestinal symptoms, diarrhea, constipation, inflammatory, bowel disease, lactose intolerance and other....
What you need was just a Yoghurt Maker, Yoghurt Starter and raisins to add into the yoghurt before you eat. Anyone interested on how to make your own Yoghurt at home, just PM me and I am keen to share experience. :lol:
