I used to have bad shoulder, neck, and lower ache and had to visit TCM regularly to relieve the ache.

Few months back I started my routine of 10,000 steps per day. Now the ache is all gone and I no longer need to visit TCM.

All should try to do this simple and FREE exercise, make it a lifestyle habit, to avoid having all sorts of pain at older age.

Agree! Not just regular exercise but try move about throughout the day, especially for the sedentary. Prolonged sitting gives all sorts of aches so getting up every hour or so for a stretch or short walk is also important. It'll relieve all that muscle tension.

Of course for those experiencing chronic pain, it's important to seek expert help from specialists!

Might be good for a doctor to diagnose the problem. I often seek a second opinion, just in case.

It definitely helps to see a doctor for any back pain, especially if you're older or if the back pain is persistent. I remember my father saw Dr Sean Ng for back pain before, and it turned out it was an early sign of arthritis. Thankfully it was an early diagnosis so treatment was given promptly as well.

I learned that back pain is not just back pain. It usually has an underlying cause like arthritis or a slipped disc. So better get it checked! :)

Thank you for the advice gojennygo. I am experiencing back pain intermittently. I have tried a lot of home remedies but it did not work. Now I am considering to see a doctor.
Yes please Czeec80, always best to see a doc esp if the pain is not going away. I hope everything will be okay with you. Please do update us :rahrah:

I always meditate when it comes to depression or bad mood.. awareness is the answer, as you can clearly observe what's going inside you, all the thoughts of depression and anxiety have some subconscious reason, and it is not normal that ur own birthday means nothing to you but another day, but others people's birthday are real birthdays. My own birthday means alot to me. I always love to drink some red maeng da kratom, I found out this is even more chilly than any weed. But not alcohol, alcohol is just killing you. This is not an advertisement, I'm just sharing :P have a nice day.
