My dd2 who is barely 2 years old gets tired easily even if just woke up.
She will yawn. Eg this morning, she wakes up at 8am and she will need to nap again at 10+am. Any remedies or vitamins to make her more energetic? Thanks for your replies.

Hi Pinkish,

I think perhaps you could observe if your dd snores or have congested nose at night that may affect the quality of sleep?

No problem.

If she does have blocked nose, next is to find out the cause, could be some kind of allergy. my ds has allergy to house dust mites that gives him blocked nose too.

Mine too! It got so bad recently that he said he couldn't breath at night even with daily dusting, vacuuming, and the special anti-dustmite covers and what not. Then we discovered that if we open the window just next to his bed by a few inches through the night, his nose clears up totally without any extra measures! This morning I closed the window while he was still sleeping because of some bees outside, and within 10min his nose was blocked again (he was still sleeping). He starting moaning and heaving and I quickly opened the window again. Back to sleep, no more heavy breathing. I think the fresh air moving in essentially carries the dustmites away from his face (the window is just above his head).
