How to be healthy?

To me, moderation seems to be the key. I sincerely believe that eating as wide as possible a variety of food as one could and exercising in moderation would do for most of us. What is your take?

1.Eat healthy breakfast and lunch
2.Have light dinner
3.Drink 8 to 10 liter water
4.Eat Fruits and Vegetables
5.Take regular sleep

1. stop eating junk food from fastfood, foodcourt and buffet (don't over eat)
2. no stressful life (easy to say than done)
3. enough rest
4. regular excercise

Yes, everything in moderation. To be healthy, we also cannot totally avoid oil, sugar and salt. Our body needs them.

Have a positive mindset, think happy thoughts, it may sound stupid but it is effective because when I am happy and focus on good things, I feel more energised and it helps me focus and be more productive.

I believe physical health goes hand in hand with our emotional and mental health too.

This will definitely end up with water poisoning :yikes:. Daily consumption of water is about 8-10 cups of water. Recommended is 2-2.5l for woman and 3-3.3l for man.

Here are the 4 tips which can give healthy.

Healthy is by EARN

1) E = Exercise
2) A = Attitude
3) R = Rest
4) N = Nutrient

And don't forget the healthy water as well - 2 to 3 litres per days.

Eat less, always eat 70% full.


Quality sleep

Shit well

Have a sense of humor

Be peaceful and happy
