I have often spied this group of 5 or 6 dark skinned young folks doing their yoga exercises for an hour at the playgrounds of my condo. They were pretty consistent earlier in the year but I hardly see them anymore these days. Sad.

maybe group getting bigger go find other place to do yoga?

aiya, I know my dh likes me go back to do yoga but till now I still not doing..I have debt arh.

anyone know of parent and child yoga at north-east area ?
It seems most of the centres are near town or east cost area which is quite inconvenient when you have to consider their enrichment time slots.

Yoga can have different effects to every person. Many yoga practices burn fewer calories than traditional exercise (e.g., jogging, brisk walking); however, yoga can increase one's mindfulness and the way one relates to their body. So, individuals will become more aware of what they are eating and make better food choices.

Yoga can be more tiring if you're not use to it. You can also do walking for weight loss. Walking is very easy exercise for burn calories and weight loss.

Active, intense styles of yoga help you burn the most calories. This may help prevent weight gain. Ashtanga, vinyasa, and power yoga are examples of more physical types of yoga.

I really want to start doing yoga to lose some belly fats.. Since I gave birth, my belly has not returned to its original shape.. I have read somewhere that yoga can help but of course with proper diet.

Yoga helps a lot - being a working mum, having Yoga helps me to distress. Finally learnt how to breathe properly!
