In view of recent pandemic flu, media has keep asking everyone to wash hand. But many people may not know the proper way of washing the hands clean. Allow me to share the following 7-steps of hand washing:

I noticed kids and adults in shopping malls washroom etc (maybe it it's better now with the swine flu scare) don't use soap to wash their hands (some even don't wash hands at all). Those who do, just simply pat on the soap and wash under water immediately! How to kill germs this way? My maid and dd also guilty of this so I instructed them to count to 15 (while soaping and scrubbing) before they can wash off the soap under the water. Just want to instill the habit in them first...
