Not sure about this procedure but you can actually access Ministry of Health comparison of fees for common surgeries. Try and find it.

tried to google.. but all requested for registration in order to ask for quotations... saw some estimated at $1500.... not sure if that is still valid...

is less than a thousand $$, not sure how much CPF can be used

a few years ago, the latest was the 64 slice CT scan, a Philips machine, the result is in the dvd and the doctor can diagnose straight away
