How to make chia seeds taste better? Do we drink them everyday?

I put them in cereal, yogurt and recently just in sweet tea drink. Just gobble everything down. tasteless :) heheh

you can sprinkle it in your drinks, cereal, yogurt, salad (basically treat it like crunchy peanut toppings?)
my wife has been sprinkling it everywhere as she read that eating chia seeds improves breast milk products

i have been buying Australian chia seeds coz read good reviews on it.
bought from the same place where i buy my manuka honey.

also beside chia seeds, i also feel flaxseeds is good nutrient. been mixing chia and flax seeds with salad and yogurt.

Just bought chia seeds to try.
Need to ask some silly questions:
1. Do we need to wash them before consumption? Or can directly add to yogurt and salad?
2. Do we need to soak them in water before consumption?
