Should I condition my boy health before sending him to cc?

My girl attended cc since 2 n now she's 3. Her health suffered alot during the yr in cc. Cough, flu, fever, phlegmy etc n juz discharged fr hospital for a week stay cos of chest infection.
My boy is now 15 months. We intend to send him to cc nxt yr after he turns 2 to b fair. We do not wish that he suffers badly like his sis. Should I condition his health NOW with TCM?
If anyone using any tcm, can share ur experience n why u use this tcm? Thx.
