I think I have eaten a look last year's holiday. I need to lose some pounds. I'm planning to start several rounds of Pushups, Lunges, and dumbells. How about you?

Being doing timed runs for years like 2 or 3 times weekly. Not forgetting pull ups. Body weight is the best weights to train with.

After the holiday, we should really lose some weight. I usually work out with my dad but he's away for now so I just did some push-up and jog every Saturday and Sunday.
