hi,
My favourite site for supplements, natural and organic food, natural personal care products is iHerb:
http://www.iherb.com?rcode=yen647

how many days to ship to singapore?
DHL: 3-4 days International airmail: 7-14days (a little longer during promo periods like when they offer foc delivery)

return policy is how stringent?
nope. just the other day, i rec some rancid organic coconut chips. i emailed them and they immediately refunded the cost of it to my credit card. you are not even expected to return the goods. best return, packing and delivery service around.

difficulty with our customs clearance?
used them for 2 yrs with no probs at all.

is it order less $400, no need to pay 7% gst
or amount is raised recently to higher value?

yes

does the $400 means inclusive of shipping charge?
i believe so. but iherb shipping charges is ridiculously low. USD4 for international airmail!

This US site sells the same supplements, food and skincare for more than 60% off the retail prices we see in the stores. They also frequently run promotions for sign up customers like foc international airmail, 10% off total purchase. You can register with them to get these promo emails.

Besides they offer a welcome gift for first time users. Sign up via this link and you will get US$10 off your first purchase if you spend $40 & above (US$5 off if below $40):

Or key in this coupon code "YEN647" during checkout.

You can read about my detail recommendation on my sales blog:

Feel free to email or pm me with questions :)

hi virgiea68,

so glad it is useful for u. btw iHerb made some changes to their shipping options and charges since my posting above. They actually make it more affordable.

This is the email from iHerb -
"We are happy to announce that iHerb is now permanently offering International Airmail free of charge for orders over $40!We have also renamed it to Global Mail by DHL. How this shipping method works: DHL will pick up your order from our warehouse, and then pass it to your individual countries' postal service for final delivery."

This means FOC delivery. No longer US$4. Do note the max weight is 4 pounds (1814 grams) for this type of delivery. Also note that it is no longer call International Airmail (as in my posting) but renamed "Global Mail by DHL".

iHerb have also introduced another shipping method call Euroasia but I have not used it before and so far dun find it useful.

Feel free to PM me if you have any other qns. I will try to help if I can ya

Hi virgiea68 and yeng,

I know of a good brand of product that provides for money back guaranteed in sg, I like it because its results can be measurable rather than just taking it without knowing the benefit of it. PM me at 90239988 ( min)
