DS kept falling sick!

my poor son has a fever episode that last a few days almost once every month! Ever since he was enrolled in childcare early this year, he has been falling sick.
Is there anything i can do to build up his immunity? I've given him multi vits often and the cod fish oil. But still...
it's so heartbreaking to see him down with fever whenever we had planned to bring him out.
