And olive, pine & oak for my 'I'm always sleepy during exams' girl.
Oak: This Essence helps your child when it is exhausted but you keep to struggle on. Your child is normally strong and brave. Oak helps your child restore energy and makes your child recognize the need to take time off to relax and look after itself.

Olive: This Essence helps when your teenager or child feel utterly tired both mentally and physically. Olive restores strength, vitality and energy.

Pine: This Essence helps when your child feel guilt and self-reproach. Your child may blame itself for other people's mistakes and everything that goes wrong. Pine helps your child regain energy, vitality and pleasure.
Parents who are keen should read about the different remedies & let me know which one you are keen in. I should be placing order tomorrow night (Tuesday night). Email me your order: [email protected].

Btw, it's tasteless, can just add to their water bottle :)

I think that such things actually have a relaxing effect for many students. I have been trying with articles and books for so many years to calm students but sometimes the best solution is indirect.
