I was looking at Omron website last night. Looks like a weighing scale, how does it analyse body fats leh?

it's more like I shy to go swimming....

Adoi! No, that's not what I meant...

Heavy bone people are not very buoyant and make swimming leisurely rather difficult and tiring....or that's what I think.

Haha.
Think our bone mass should be quite stable/constant by 30yo. But to pile >15kg of fats.....no issue with buoyancy.

Talking about bone mass, anyone knows what's your bone mass %? Some weighing machine has all these extra features - fats %, bone % etc

I bought one of those machines from Watson.
But don't think it's accurate. % figure fluctuates each time I weigh myself.

have you read the instructions manual?

The Omron's instruction manual explains why the readings can be different.

Read. No mention on that.

What did Omron's instruction say on fluctuation?

I thought it is normal for it to fluctuate. Since it is calculated base on % against our weight. Mine will fluctuate too, especially for water %. Bone mass not so much. But usually whatever fluctuation is within 1%.
