Was told that consuming alkaline water is good for the body as we consume a lot of acidic stuff. It helps to mitigate gout, eczema, etc.

Anyone tried it yet? I am tempted to try and is now doing some search on the matter.

There is yet to have any controlled clinical studies to prove the effectiveness of alkaline water on human body.

Also, alkaline water cannot effectively reduce organic and/or inorganic contaminants from our water source.

It is best to drink safe and clean water from a reliable water treatment system then a water source of just higher pH.

Hope this helps!

There is not any stronger proven facts stated out benefit of alkaline water. It usually used to treat for special patient.
It is not suitable for long term consuming. I am R&D chemist who studied on water quality and water treatment system

There aren't any health edges to drinkable that's slightly alkalic or acidic. The construct of your body being too alkalic or acidic relies on poor data of basic physiological state and physiology. You are being ripped off. you're fine drinkable from your faucet. place it through a Brita filter or one thing if that produces you "feel" higher.
