Vomit after meal

Postby NotEducatedMan » Fri Jan 17, 2014 1:50 pm

My wife told me that recently many times after her lunch, she will vomit out.

Last time she used to encounter this problem but not too often like recently and she used to tell me that probably is due to her digestive system not so good.

Now I suggested her & will accompany her to seek for doctor consultation.

Anyone has experienced these problem before? And what is the possible reason for such problem?? Is it serious??

Pls advise.. Txs

May be GERD - go google and get gastroenterologist to check it out. Very common. Avoid oily and spicy food.

Yes, it can be due to influx problem.

I also face this, so you need to watch your diet.

What is influx? Do you mean reflux?

Has your wife done any endoscopy? I am sure the specialist will send her if she visits.

I have GERD and never knew it until 2 months ago. The discomfort was occasional and didn't bother me. I saw the specialist because of gallstone problem and thought the pain was due to my rocky blocking the bile ducts but Doc sent me for gastroscopy and found many polyps in the stomach. I also have gastritis he said. Lucky biopsy shows polyps not cancerous. I have no discomfort like that of your wife though. Her case sounds serious and need medical attention ASAP.
