Diet Tracker (Calorie Counter)

Hi kiasuparents with ever growing waistlines,
Check out health promotion board's diet tracker which can be downloaded to your mobile phone. So you know how many calories that fish head curry, laksa, durian, dumpling etc has.
I'm not advocating counting calories, but this is an excellent guide (in terms of fat, salt, calorie content) to our local food; so you know when to indulge, what's healthy blah blah blah.

So, if I have my fav briyani (excellent in joo chiat complex) on weekends, I've to climb Bt Timah hill or eat fruits for the rest of the day; as for hubby, his fav bak chor mee is the reason for his increasing waistline.
