Recommendation for TCM practitioner - women's O&G issues

Dear KSPs,
Appreciate if you could let me know of any good TCM practitioner whose specialisation is O&G.
Asking on behalf of someone close who had suffered 2 miscarriages in recent months.

I know of a TCM who is all rounded, but his fees is high
