Do u mean the DIY version? My cousin makes her own fruit enzyme using pineapples and she swears by it. It's enzyme is bromelain.

She takes half a pineapple, cuts it up into squares and places them into a sterilized container. Make sure the container is fully dry before placing the pineapples in them. She covers the cut pineapples with honey and tightly seals the container for 3 days. Cannot open during that time. After 3 days, to open the cover once a day for 2 weeks. The honey breaks down the pineapple to fruit enzyme.

She claims that it's good for detox and it works for her. I tried making my own but didn't find it ineffective.

After reading the write-up in the above link, now I know why I did not find it effective when I DIY-ed the last time. I put mine in the fridge which probably halt the fermentation process. Shd leave it in normal room temperature but away from direct sunlight and heat source.

anyone drinking fruit enzyme and fruit vinegar at the same time? I do not mean mix the two and drink at one go, but taking them separately within a day.

May know where do you get your fruit enzyme? Is there any good effect?

Thanks for sharing

I'm taking apple vinegar at the moment. I understand that there's a difference between fruit vinegar and fruit enzyme, so wondering if anyone takes 2 types at the same time
