I recently had a ear infection too. Went to first GP who's not my usual family doc & was prescribed oral antibiotics, painkiller & antibiotics eardrops, totalling abt $45.

Went for a second check, this time with my family doc, was prescribed same antibiotics, painkiller, medicine to clear nose congestion & one bottle for easing gastric, totalling $76. His normal consultation for my kiddos is usually $25.
