Traditional Chinese herbs for growing teenager boys - help

Hi, I understand, that mostly for growing teenager boys at age of around 13 and onwards, the Chinese believe a type of traditional chinese herb supplement for boys will help them grow and develop healthily etc.... i believe its called Tian Qi - can some shed more light on this and how do i get it and at what shops ? thanks so much....

Can go Yu ren sheng and buy, comes in capsule form. Tianqi with pao sheng...70plus a small bottle

I believe all the medicinal hall (new & old) will be able to advise you.
Can either ask them to pack all the necessary herbs into one pack for you to boil or if you are confident enough, you can buy individually and add the various proportions.

I tried and gave my son a few doses when he was 13......he did grow ~15cm that year. Not sure due to what tho - could just be a growth spurt.

That's interesting! Any idea if it's "heaty", ie. will lead to acne outbreak?

He seems perfectly alright after consuming. No acne (but his skin has no problem all along) nor unwell. However I do try to take extra care to avoid giving him when he's not feeling too good. Did hear that it may be 'heaty'.

Can girls try that also?
