Dr Chan@kovan for pimples/acne treatment

My girl is suffering from bad breakouts recently and I heard that Dr Chan is good in treating this problem .....would like to know if anyone has ever been there? Also heard that this doctor is quite famous in treating pimples/acne and charges is not that expensive.....appreciate if anyone can let me know more about him. TIA.
