Hi lymmlim

Bed wetting can be due to various reasons, such as stress, no self-awareness of the need to urinate, drink too much water/fruits etc at night.

I have heard of bladder training program and/or a bell or alarm program that may help, administered by doctors.

I suggest visiting a doctor to rule out any physical problems. I know there is a paeds clinic in KKH that helps children in this but I do not know the name of the department. Perhaps can get a referral from your GP or from the polyclinic.
