Bad posture

Postby super_dad » Sat Jan 05, 2008 12:36 pm

I have a niece, whose posture is really bad. She tends to slouch while sitting. I have to constantly remind her and poke her back when she does that.

I saw this just now...maybe it will help. Haz..didn't quite ask.

No need to spend money nah... take a page from the Singapore health authorities fight with smoking.

Just copy the following picture, write the words... "Is this what you want to be when you are 50?" and either print it out as a large poster or use it for her screen saver.
