most of lower back pain can be eliminated with simple treatments that don't have to cost you a lot of money. Exercising to improve the strength and flexibility in your back combined with a few simple lifestyle changes, may be all you need to feel like new again.

Agree. Exercises key to recovery for most situation unless nerve impacted or degenerative bones.

Most of us do not realize we shld do some stretches before getting off bed - stretch both legs, turn from side to side, get up fr one side propped by both hands.

It's impt to do daily exercises with :-

1. Standing hamstring stretch
2. Raise arm & legs alternating both right & left
3. Laying on floor knee bend over each other
4. Pelvic lift when laying down (can do before getting out of bed)
5. Side plank (one arm supporting body on side & lifting hip up with feet fixated on ground)

When young, we usually just jumped out of bed or kick our legs upwards to push ourselves up. These actions will injure us more as we age.

Now hv to alert kids correct position to get out of bed.

have you tried CBD OIL as an alternative? CBD Oil is from the flower of Cannabis and now can Relief Pains but soon it will be a cure in people especially in curing Cancerous people. I may be looking forward to this and I am always! but for now, I guess we could start planting cannabis for the future and start searching seeds to plant. In researching I across this page kylekushman.com/community/videos/ and gaining some different information about cannabis.

I had back pain since I was 16. I have curved back + mild scoliosis, however it is hardly noticeable on my appearance. I could not sit in front my pc more than an hour and my tailbone. These are exercises helped me remove pains form my back: Chiropractic. Yoga (I've included specific practices for back pain you may want to consider).
