TCM is very effective. I didn't see western doc for several years for common ailments like flu, cold, migraine, body aches. Just go straight to TCM. But last year I got H1N1, so my TCM treatment didn't help much...Had to take western medicine instead.

Tuina is very common in Singapore. I have tuina, cupping and acupuncture packages. Seldom use my credits. That's a good thing. It means I'm healthy...

Do you get medication in tablets n liquid for flu n cold? I think they are they same as western med but combined with other herbal stuff.

I remember the very popular yin qiao cold tab used to contain paracetamol n pseudoephedrine (?) n other stuff in low qty...but the dosage is high...like 7~8 tabs each time

The ground herbs are packed into sachets. Just drink the meds like tea.

TCM clinics don't give yin qiao. I don't take yin qiao.
