Something interesting. It is not new, but not many people know of "Night Shift". At first, the colour seems weird but one gets used to it easily. The computer version is called "f.lux". (https://justgetflux.com/)

A feature in the new version of Apple’s mobile operating system will improve health by helping you sleep better.

Night Shift for iOS 9.3 prevents light from electronic displays from disrupting your body clock. Based on time and location, an iPhone or iPad will shift on-screen color away from blue when it’s dark outside.

Experts are happy with Apple’s new feature because it could improve public health. “I’m really pleased they’ve done it,” says Paul Gringras, professor of sleep medicine and neurodisability at Evelina London Children’s Hospital.

Gringras led a recent study published in the journal Frontiers in Public Health that criticized phone and tablet makers for not offering an automatic ‘bedtime mode’. “People unfortunately don’t regulate their own behavior quite as much as they should, so there is a responsibility when it’s easy for manufacturers to do that.”
