Try to check Lux Luminique Floral Cleanse Shampoo – Happiness Bloom, this was very effective for my girl. But still depends if she will have good reaction to this shampoo

Applying warm olive oil to the scalp can help soften and loosen itchy crusts and scales on the surface of the skin

Sometimes the shampoo is causing the itchy scalp might need to change shampoo
