Out of curiosity I googled Philips multi cooker...it's $178 @ Mega Discount store (LAZ)...huge discount off the RRP of 299

@Funz. Hello! I've good experiences with Philips, so whenever I come across a steal, I'd just buy it. The Viva is fabulous in softening foods within an ultra short time, then keeping it warm. But, I got greedy & wanted to sauté in the same pot, which was when I realised I should have gone for an instant pot with (more of) those functions... Plus, instant pot is more 夯。...

Err... the same "instant pot", from the same manufacturer, from the same factory but selling under their local brand name is ~ $100 (including shipping). Their latest bell and whistle model is just under $250.
