Marriage Just Like a Relationship, Not a Commitment Anymore

The phase on the subject is what i feel about marriage after been thru lots of things during my marriage and divorce. Even though i have got the Interim Judgment on my divorce, the other party still making things problematic settling.

Is "Money" a devil's grail? It just simply can change a person anytime anywhere, the basic responsible role towards marriage or the commitment. Sadly, i tasted the ugly side of that kind of person. :slapshead:

Sorry to hear about your situation. It's tough I'm sure, but chin up.

Hi Dark Hope, not all marriages turn out to be perfect. And let us face it, the real world is full of imperfect people.

heloo Dark Hope ,

We are alway here if you need to talk about anything
under the sun
Marriage is still good just that your other party is
having a lot of excess baggage that she will not
let go and make life miserable for you.

:snuggles: :hugs:

Dark Hope, did you manage to get custody of your kids? I remember your earlier posts that you were fighting for custody of your kids...but your ex was keeping them away from you.

Yes i did. Custody and care and control of them :) Now left last stage ... on the flat selling issue even though i given the sole conduct of the sale of the flat, she still giving me problems on selling the flat. All my friends says she is crazy since we have already divorced .... they believe one day she will get back all her karma she have done.

To all ppl in a relationship:

In a relationship, sometimes it is better to let go and find new one when the relationship is "beyond repair". To give yourself and others a chance to "re-grow".

I totally agree with flyfree. But letting go also means letting go of all past baggages, resentment and grievances so that you do not bring them all into the next relationship. It's definitely NOT easy, especially after a nasty breakup, not to have any baggages. But one has to "pull off" all the bad weeds before one can "renew" and "regrow".

Dark Hope, now that you have custody of your kids, try your best to give them as much love as you can cos it's not easy for a young kid to grow up without a mother. And no matter what your ex had done to you, she is still the mother of your children, try not to badmouth her to your kids or it may affect them emotionally in the long run. Just my humble advice, hope you dun mind.

The children don’t want to see and talk to her of what she has done. Maybe now they might not really understand the truth, but one day when they grown up, they will know it. Right now I can just do whatever I can and protect them; that woman is hopeless and gone. She doesn't know her actions will cause

I sort of agree with you.

Seems the longer you are married, the more the $$ issue comes out. And just as many woman accuse man of being unfaithful, many woman just seem cannot be contented with what we already have but keep focusing what we "could be earning".

Many of them forgotten everything comes with a price or the impact of family time loss just to earn some more $$.
