oh dear if this is really true and u have evidence show it first to ur dh and if mil is still alive show it to her worst come to worst organised a family meeting to tell fil to CHANGED if he still dont and is old enough no choice but to send to old folks home

Assume ur maid that if fil do that again u gonna report police, and ask ur dh to warn ur fil if he do that he is gonna report police!

If you have daughters, you might want to take quick action. He is old enough and should know how to behave. Do not feel sorry for his age.
