Wah you daring to go there yesterday! 2 to 3 hrs should be at the quicker side I guess.

Morning we cleared under 25 min. The return trip seen lots of vehicles. Not much rain yday in the city. We were prepared for btwn 2-4 hours but thankful took just slightly under an hour & we crossed SG checkpoint. I guess most vehicles coming back for work today.

They sell smaller jar too but..I wait till buy 1 get 1 free..so ended up 2 jars.

The smallest jars I see tend to have something like 30 pcs of whatever.

Those sharing platters used to be quite common when I was young. Haven’t seen them around lately. My grandma used to have a reusable “platter” set which she filled with assorted goodies. That was quite good for our waistlines cos it sort of limited the quantity taken by each guest/family haha.

I think similar platters are still for sale - I'm sure I've seen some. But we still have to buy a whole jar of 30pcs of several different items. Then we have to eat them up! In order not to gain too much weight, my family usually ends up still eating CNY stuff a month later!

Yea it is cold hor. I opened the door, dd says she is cold. Till when..don't mind having it for longer time..but sun to come out during peak commute time the best.

This kind of weather makes me appreciate my tumble dryer! I hang clothes to dry mostly, but when it rains all the time, the dryer makes life easier.
