Mine is basic Fitbit , only has deep n Light
Dh garmin has REM stage
Deep sleep is still body restoration stage

Do u feel tired with many dreams ?
I hardly dream .. but if I dream - most time I can remember wat is the story ..

last Fri night- i had 5hrs plus deep sleep ! I sleept close to 9 hrs - i feel so happy n surprised
but indeed i feel good on sat day time. But i drank kopi tiam tea n sat night was bad for me - my sat night
deep sleep dropped to 3 hrs ( for 7 hrs of sleep) - I knew it on sat night coz my mind was quite awake ..n "floating"

i think leeyl is right, the basic fitbit combine both deep n REM stage together

Generally, kids should have much much more deep/quality sleep than us - thats how they can Grow & grow
Sleep Eat Play = GROW

slightly less than 3kg fish..like every purchase of salmon I told myself must eat fish more frequent
lor.. my freezer, I already taken out the container drawers for except the lowest one need the drawer to support..got to stack nicely so not much space wasted. I worry abt space too yesterday..luckily after I took out the cheesecake with box and put half to fridge and another half in smaller tupperware back to freezer.. phew can stake arh..only for fillets la..the head/stomach/bones cooked soup and curry for today.
