My left knee creeks too... probably due to some long time injury. Well if it isn't broken and doesn't bother me, I don't bother it either I used to run up the stairs every day but decided to stop as I heard that might be bad for knees for older folks.Estéema wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 12:13 amI had difficulties fr my right knee going up & down stairs. It ‘creeks’ whenever I lift my leg for the stairs. Suddenly, some months ago, I didn’t seem to hv this problem anymore. It shld still be there but I don’t feel the bones rubbing at each other. Only thing I know is I’ve been taking fresh tumeric on a daily basis in my meals. I’m thankful stave any surgeries for now.
These 2 big kids want to sleep together with us on 1 kingsized bed! I feel like hanging on the clift 2+ am woke up another time.Liew Nga Wing wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 1:21 amMrs.Kiasu, why can't you sleep earlier? It is school holiday now.
Wow, how to sleep when 04 squeezed into one bed? Actually I sleep on Japanese Futons on a wooden platform for nine years already and no need to afraid falling down to the floor from my bed.
I suspected this may be the issue..I do stretching while resting on my sofa. The stretching helps but the process will cause pain..and that is actually how I see it as indication on which direction to stretch..stretch to those directions I feel the pain. After that my feet will be back to normal but sometimes I do feel worry if I kinda indirectly causing 'more tear of ligament or what' if tear was issue in first place..but I guess should be fine ba as after stretching my heel will feel alright.slmkhoo wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 10:06 amFor those with creaking knees, necks, etc. - about osteoarthritis in women:

For an old folk like me, simple gentle stretching every morning shld be good. Thereafter, I’m always on the go to get things done. I noticed one of the exercises recommended by WebMD is rolling with a tennis ball. I wld be extra careful abt doing such exercises w/o proper supervision. As I recall someone had a slip or sth & caused an injury? ChiefKaisu?slmkhoo wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 10:06 amFor those with creaking knees, necks, etc. - about osteoarthritis in women:

Don't say yourself is old folk....50+ or 60+ are not old, we are mature only. Just think Donald Trump became the U.S. President at the age of 70.Estéema wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 12:44 pmFor an old folk like me, simple gentle stretching every morning shld be good.
