Anyone know where to get Alphonso Mangoes in Singapore?

yup i make my annual prilgramage for the mangoes. u hv to brave the crowd though! This yr luckily we hv friends who had gone to india and will bring back some for us. Phew!

autumnbronze, these are supposed to be among the best of mango varieties, the 猫山王 of mangoes

They are in season now thru May.

There is a variety of Thai mangoes
dat I can't find here.
Don't remember the Thai name for it
But was told they are d best Thai mangoes;
fragrant, nice mango shape n colour,
not fibrous, very sweet n smooth,
U can get them in Chatuchak market
in BKK.
