Adam Road Hawker Centre

Stall #01 and #02

Stall #01 is very slow, the rice is nicer

Stall #02 is fast, high volume mover, even the Brunei Sultan "tapao" from the stall

My all time fav....Selera Rasa (Adam Food Centre). That's the one that has Sultan of Brunei asking his delegates to tabao for him. There is also one branch at Blk 603 AMK Ave 5. The boss is now stationed there.

Don't u all find the sambal chilli and even otah very sweet at this stall
and also very small serving of ikan bilis at those prices?
Still, I rate this stall as having one of the best nasi and fried egg.

Frankly I haven't ate that for at least a year. Gotta watch my diet although I'm a nasi lemak eater. :drool: The standard set comes with sambal chilli, 1 chicken wing, ikan bilis with nuts, egg and rice. There are other combinations to choose from with differing prices for different sets. Cost is $3 for the standard set (I think). Pai seh...memory is abit failing me. :frustrated:

You are probably right, the sambal chilli used to have sotong and tastes really "solid". Maybe now could have lost its way abit. Haven't tried the otah though because I always get the standard set.
Well, nowadays it's really hard to find an eatery which is famous and is still selling at reasonable prices. So sometimes, they will either follow the market prices or pinch on the ingredients here and there. :|

Ha looks like u haven't eaten there for a while.
1. ikan bilis no longer comes with nuts;
2. sambal chilli no have sotong anymore.
3. rice quality also not consistent.

Now close on Friday.
